DCGNY in the Ring

Peggy Rogan and Ch. Erin ‘N’ RK’s Kachina Doll, UD, CGC  (at 11 years young) have been competing this year for their Rally titles! The RN title was earned on March 7th at the Monticello KC show. The RA title with a perfect score of 100 was finished on May 17th at the DACLI trial, and RE on June 20th at the English Springer Spaniel Specialty. Team Kachina is currently working towards completing their RAE and hope to finish before years’ end.

At the Dalmatian Club of America National Specialty in Fort Mitchell KY “Huey”, Heegee’s Never Satisfied CD, RA CGC earned the third leg of his Rally Advanced to finish his title at the National. Huey is owned by Beth Anne Johnson & Jason Rudolph and bred by member Geri Rosen.
 
Also at the DCA National, “O’neil”, Prestige’s Both Sides of the Story, placed 2nd in his 12-14 months Sweeps class out of any entry of 16 dogs.  O’neil is bred and handled by Beth Anne Johnson and owned by Beth Anne Johnson & Jason Rudolph. 
 
Not far behind was “Byrne”, Prestige N’ Surfer’s Beach Bum bred by Beth Anne Johnson and owned by Beth Anne Johnson & Barrie Essner.  Byrne made the cut in the 12-14 months Sweeps class but ended up just out of the placements.  It was nice for both brothers to be considered.  Byrne was handled in his sweeps class by Cherie Bartell.
 
At the Kennel Club of Northern New Jersey show in Freehold, NJ, Memorial Day weekend, “O’neil”, Prestige’s Both Sides of the Story was awarded WD for 2 points from the Bred By class under judge Shirley Limoges. 
 
Sunday June 5, 2011 at the Burlington County Kennel Club, Delaware Valley Supported entry under judge Marjorie Underwood, “Kona”, CH Erin N’ Gibson’s Summer Treasure CGC owned & handled by Beth Anne Johnson was Select Bitch for her first major towards her Grand Championship.   
 
Friday June 10th,2011 Byrne, Prestige N’ Surfer’s Beach Bum went WD for another point under judge Peggy Haas from the Bred By Exhibitor class.  Byrne is bred, owned and handled by Beth and co-owned with Barrie Essner.

Barbara and Dave Garceau are proud to brag that their girl “Abby”, Ch. Southern Exposure Abby of Bedlam CDX, RE, CGC can now boast the title of Road Dog (RD). Under Judge Sara Pruyne, on April 28, 2011 at the DCA National in Oregonia, Ohio, Barbara and Abby participated and attained 1st place in the Novice A class. Abby was a true natural coaching dog with minimal lessons with a horse and Barbara maintained a stationary position on the horse after many lessons. Abby completed her obedience exercises and then went 12.5 miles along with Barbara on the horse. Barbara would like to thank Jennifer Gerzanics for riding with her and to all other road dog exhibitors for their support and of course to Abby who made it all possible. Abby owns Barbara and Dave Garceau along with Jackie Quinn.

“AJ”, not to left out, attained his Rally Excellent (RE) title at the Dalmatian Club of America 2011 National in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky. He now can be recognized as BISS GCH S.Xposur N. Dynastys Chasin Neon Rainbows CD, RE. What now for AJ? AJ is owned by his ladies along with Barbara and Dave Garceau and Jackie Quinn.

“TT”, Ch. Shamrock N. S.Xposur AnnEMae CD, RN can now change her tailing initials to RA for Rally Advanced. She qualified for her third leg on September 19, 2010 at the Cape Cod Kennel Club in Falmouth, MA under Judge Julie Rembrandt Seeley. TT was bred by members Barbara and David Garceau and is owned by them with member Jackie Quinn. Way to go TT!

Not to be outdone by his sister, “AJ” Ch. S.Xposur N Dynasty’s Chasin Neon Rainbows CD RN earned his second qualifying leg for his Rally Advanced title at the same show. AJ was bred by and is owned by members Barbara and David Garceau and Jackie Quinn.

Moving right along after his second RN and first CD legs at Non-Sporting and New Brunswick in Edison in March, AJ and Dave earned a second CD leg at the Dalmatian Club of America National in Lawrence, Kansas, on April 2, 2010 under Judge Ms. Shirlee Jacobson with a score of 189 for second place handled by Dave!

But wait, there’s more! AJ finished his RN title on the same day at the Nationals with a 4th place under Judge Rick Garvin handled by Barb! Phenomenal work AJ, Dave and Barb!

On Thursday, March 25, 2010 at the Non-Sporting Club of the Garden State in Edison, NJ, “Morty” qualified for his third leg in Novice A under Judge Mr. H. Edward Whitney to earn his Companion Dog title. Owned and handled by Janet A. Katz, bred by Phillip Martin, Morty is now CH Erin’s Third Time’s the Charm CD! Also earning a new title was Huey finishing his Rally Novice title in just three trials with a score of 91. Owned and handled by Beth Johnson he is now Heegee’s Never Satisfied CD, RN CGC Good boy Huey!

Rally legs were also earned by club members and their dogs. “Annie”, Angel’s Nest Annie Fenway RN owned and handled by Carollyn Carson picked up a Rally Advanced leg. Finally, “AJ” Ch. S.xposur N Dynasty’s Chasin Neon Rainbows owned by Barb & Dave Garceau and Jackie Quinn eanred a Rally Novice B leg. Good work!

Ch. Shamrock N. S.Xposur AnnEMae CD, now adds RN to the end of her name.  Under Judge Donna Blews-Pappas at the South Windsor Kennel Club, in West Springfield, MA on November 20, 2009.    Under Judge Blews-Pappas, TT earned a score of 95 on Thursday and a 97 on Friday.

Ch. Shamrock N. S.Xposur AnnEMae CD, “TT”,  earned her first Rally Novice leg today at the Nathan Hale Obedience Club in Coventry, CT, under judge Dr. Michael Lappin. TT did it in style with a first place and a score of 97! TT is owned by Barbara and Dave Garceau and Jackie Quinn. Handled by Barbara. Way to go Barb & TT!
