Brown Brothers Pack a One, Two Punch!

At the Hatboro Dog Show Friday, October 8, 2010, “O’neil”, Prestige’s Both Sides of  The Story, went Winners Dog under Judge Beverly Capstick for his first point from the Bred By Exhibitor class.  Close behind with a Reserve Winners Dog was litterbrother “Byrne”, Prestige N’ Surfer’s Beach Bum, from the 6-9 month puppy class.  Quite a day for these brown boys.  Way to go Neilly and Byrnie!!!

Dyson “Charms” at Supported Entry

Yesterday, October 8, 2010, at the Dalmatian Club of Central New Jersey’s supported entry at the Morris & Essex Kennel Club’s show in Somerset LuvMy Erin’s Charming Gentleman, “Dyson”, charmed both the sweeps and regular class judges. He started with Best in Sweeps under Judge Luis F. Sosa, then went on to take home two more points out of the Bred By Exhibitor class with Winners Dog and the crossover Best of Winners under Judge Helen Lee James. This charmer was bred by members Peggy Rogan and Sharon Lyons and is co-owned with Peggy by Janet A. Katz.

Second Major for Two Dynasty Dalmatians!

“Lita”, Dynasty’s You Better You Bet, went Winners Bitch for a three-point major, her second, at the Berks County Kennel Club on Sunday, September 19, 2010, under Judge JoAnne R. Schullier. This was a Delaware Valley Dalmatian Club Supported Entry. Lita was bred by and is owned and shown by member Jackie McIlhenny.

“Bentley”, Dynasty’s Wild N Wonderful, went Winners Dog for a three-point major, his second, at the same show. Bentley was bred by member Jackie McIlhenny and is owned by Ginny Bastas, who has applied for membership in DCGNY.

Lita only needs five more points, while Bentley needs four singles. Nice wins for both dogs!

Sam Plays it Again!

At the Dalmatian Club of Southern New England’s (DCSNE) on Friday, September 17, 2010 in Falmouth, MA, with the South Shore Kennel Club, “Sam”, Shamrock N Sparkyanna’s Play it Again Sam, was awarded Winners Dog, Best Puppy and a Puppy Group 2 for a four-point Specialty Major under Judge Robert “Bruce” Smith. Sam was bred by member Sharon Lyons and Catherine Anna Raver and is owned by member Jackie Quinn and her co-owner Raver.

Very nice Specialty win for Sam’s first major. Congratulations!

Brothers Have a Winning Weekend!

On  Saturday, September 11, 2010, at our Fall Specialty in North Branch, NJ, at the Somerset Hills Kennel Club under Judge Angela J. Porpora, Shamrock N Erin’s Here’s Looking at You Kid, took Reserve Winners Dog. The following day at Westchester Kennel Club at the same show site, his brother, Shamrock N Sparkyanna’s Play It Again Sam, went Winners Dog for a point under Judge Dr. Bernard E. McGivern, Jr. The brothers were bred by member Sharon Lyons and Catherine Ann Raver and are owned by member Quinn and her co-owner Raver. Way to go Bro’s!

At the DCGNY fall specialty in North Branch on September 11, 2010 under Judge Angela J. Porpora, LuvMy Erin’s Charming Gentleman, “Dyson”, took Winners Dog for a three-point major specialty win. Owned by members Janet A. Katz and Peggy Rogan, Dyson is being shown in the Bred By Exhibitor Class by his breeder, Peggy Rogan. We’re so proud of our boy!

Some Nice Dynasty Wins

On Monday, September 6, 2010 at the Schooleys Mountain Kennel Club under Judge Sari Brewster Tietjen, Dynasty’s Lights Out, “Cole”, was Winners Dog and Best of Winners for one point. Dynasty’s You Better You Bet, “Lita”, earned one point taking Winners Bitch and Best of Opposite.

On Saturday, September 11, 2010, at the DCGNY fall specialty held in North Branch, NJ, at the Somerset Hills Kennel Club, Ch. Dynasty’s I’m One, “TJ”, was select dog for a four-point major toward his Grand Championship. This was TJ’s first time being shown since the Grand Championship title was offered.

Cole, Lita and Dynasty were all bred and are owned and handled by member Jackie McIlhenny. Congratulations!
